About
Judith
I love laughter, I love movement and I love flow! Yoga and Yoga Nidra have been an important part of my life since childhood.
"I do not seek — I find." This quote by Pablo Picasso has been with me for quite a while now. And so new pieces of the puzzle keep arriving: techniques, tools, knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, biomechanics and movement, ideas about who we are and what makes us tick …
On my own path of recovery I found Forrest and Yin Yoga — or rather: they found me. On a long journey, osteopathy became my calling. I love osteopathy so much because it lets me combine knowledge and understanding with sensitivity, intuition and loving attention (metta), and gives me such an effective tool to support people in a lasting, unique way.
Yoga Nidra and Qi Gong help me in my beautifully wild but demanding everyday life as a learning and working mum of three little tornadoes …
… By now I have found many small answers and ideas to the question of how on earth to live happily, healthily and fulfilled while taking good care of yourself and others. But I keep on searching: for lightness and clarity. I am far from finished. While I keep collecting and assembling, let me share my knowledge, my attention, my expertise and my enthusiasm with you!
Searching — no! — finding health, joy and lightness!

With a keen sense for your individual needs, I teach precisely — yet with plenty of humour.
We follow our breath and refine our body awareness. We combine intention and technique to release tension and blockages. We find lightness and joy in movement and in stillness. We cultivate an alert mind, a deep breath and loving kindness (metta) towards ourselves — and thus towards everyone else.
May you leave every yoga class with a smile!
