Thai Yoga Massage

"a sacred dance" — Takis

Simply letting go … is for me one of the hardest and at the same time most important things in life.

Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred dance in which we breathe, smile and let go together. Letting go means: letting tension dissolve, letting the breath flow and letting the mind come to rest.

Through passive movement, (gentle) stretching and pressure, tissues are loosened and the nervous system is calmed. Circulation, lymph flow and metabolism are stimulated and the energies in the body are balanced. The breath becomes freer and deeper, the brain finds its way into "relaxation mode". Above all, the alternation between dynamic and static massage techniques loosens, relaxes and harmonises. Most of all, however, we are affected by the space we create through the intention of full presence and loving kindness. Body, mind and soul come to rest, and the powers of self-healing awaken.

How and what I do depends entirely on the person in front of me. I ask you what you need — and you tell me in your own way: perhaps with words, perhaps through your posture and movement, perhaps through the way you breathe or the look in your eyes. I listen to you — in conversation as in silence.

For me, massage is meditation in movement and touch. With all my knowledge and experience, with a big heart and "healing hands", I am fully with you. You will feel safe and held, breathe deeply and smile.

Thai Yoga Massage is a wellness massage. In some people it can awaken and strengthen the powers of self-healing and be useful for preventive health care. However, it is not a medical or alternative-medicine treatment. No diagnosis is made. It does not replace a visit to a doctor.
