Osteopathic Yoga is my bridge from the treatment table to the yoga mat and into everyday life: anatomically precise and tailored to your individual needs.

Whether you are looking for healthy posture, strength, stability or more flexibility, whether you need deep relaxation or regulation of your nervous system — Osteopathic Yoga is an invaluable tool.

  • One-to-one I accompany ONLY you, entirely individually.
  • In the "Small Circle" we practise, learn and grow together (maximum 4 people) — for you and your friends or favourite people.

Every body, every person has their own story: of experiences, events and injuries. Everyone meets the challenges of everyday life in their own way. Everyone has individual patterns of posture, movement and coping — so every body and every person needs individual care to find their way (back) to health and resilience.

I am at your side with all my heart, with experience from more than 10,000 hours of cross-disciplinary training (in osteopathy, anatomy, yoga, philosophy, education and more). You will learn to read your very own "map":

  • Professional bodyreading: We uncover the clues of your body, your posture and movement patterns, and decode your complaints and symptoms. Where do you need space and flexibility? Where do you need stability? Which organs need special support?
  • Asana — movement & posture: You learn exercises tailored exactly to YOUR anatomy — for more stability, safety and freedom. I won't simply tell you what is right (there is no "right for everyone" anyway); instead you learn to understand your individual anatomy and to feel what works specifically for you. You develop excellent body awareness and your own wisdom about movement — insights that will help you for a lifetime. You learn to move safely and without injury through everyday strains, hobbies and sports, and how to support your organs through movement and breath.
  • Pranayama, meditation & energy work: You learn valuable and effective tools from different disciplines to develop strength, flexibility and resilience. You learn how your breathing and your nervous system work and how to regulate them. You learn deep, restorative relaxation, how to handle stress with confidence and how to find your mental and emotional focus. You develop sovereignty and resilience, freedom and lightness.

This is how you can learn to ride the waves of life — even when not everything is "shiny". A glance into so many philosophies of world history shows us: everything flows and is constantly changing.

After every session you receive a handout of the tools you have learned. With these reminders you can put together a wonderful practice for home and practise yoga safely and effectively, anytime and anywhere — a practice just for you. Find your way to a smile from your heart every day!
